Yes, Brian and Amy are happily married and have been since 1998. They met at Amy's "try-out to be the band's singer" audition. Amy got the job.
They have been in Nashville for 4 years.

How did you come up with the name Phoenix Rising?
The night before their first gig, they needed a band name. Amy's maiden name is Rising and she has a tattoo of a Phoenix on her right ankle. Ta Da! The rest, as they say, is history.
